Positive: The design of the house is amazing and modern Amd very well furnished Negative: Nothing everything is amazing

Ideal for flight transit. Positive: Location just outside the airport abt 5km make it ideal for overnight stay before catching up the next flight. Spacious aprt suitable for 4ppl. Shopping mall in the next building with several cafe serving breakfast. Host was easy to connect. Negative: None.

Average stay Positive: Good location Negative: To start off the place was left in a bad condition, although clean, there was obvious damage to several things which i have documented to Royal staff OLA and Ahmed the owner 1. Couch was filthy and stained, owner replaced it at 930pm that night, although good but very inconvenient 2. Door handle to Patio broken twice owner fixed 3. TV stand broken and tile piece very sharp edges, very dangerous as i have young children owner replaced at 930pm at night very inconvieneint 4. Glass mirror cracked 5. Glass dining plate cracked 6. Curtains in lounge broken owner fixed 7. Carpet in lounge very dirty, owner replaced it 8. Jacuzzi extremely dirty and filthy cannot use it 9. Water dampness on some walls in bedrooms and stairwell, some wall paper damage because of this 10. Second bathroom sink water does not drain well and stands a bit 11. Parking spot for aparment is incorrect and security will not allow me to park there as it is some other units parking, i am assigned a unit for parking today but will need a new parking spot from tomorrow Extreme amount of cockroaches, although pest control but was till a problem Deceiving small accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children These things we experienced as we moved in which was very disappointing

سيئة جدا ومتعبه 🥲 Negative: الموقع لم يكن دقيقا واحتجنا اكثر من ساعه ونص فقط من اجل ايجاد موقف السيارات الخاص بالشقه ،، والاستقبال لم يكن يستجيب عند الاتصال لطلب الماء وايضا الانترنت كان سيئا وتعطل وعند الاتصال بالاستقبال اكثر من مره لم يتم القدوم من اجل اصلاح الخدمة الواي فاي وايضا الجاكوزي كان متسخا وغير صالح للاستخدام
